Nestled among rolling dunes on the very edge of the North Sea.

Enjoy stunning views over the sea and dunes from inside the house as well as from the sheltered courtyard. The house is integrated into the natural environment and creates an informal and calm environment for families and friends.

The entrance is submerged into the dunes with a staircase leading guests to the central courtyard.

The courtyard is a key element of the design and provides access to the main house as well as a separate sauna and outdoor shower. The courtyard is fully enclosed by the house and the dunes thereby providing a high degree of privacy and not least shelter from the wind.

Kitchen, dining and sitting room areas are organised within a spectacular open plan space that is defined by the curving in-situ concrete, beautiful woodwork and uninterrupted views towards the sea. Guests can gather around the fireplace to read, chat and relax, and the sunset can be enjoyed from the beach or directly through the panoramic windows.

Off the hallway from the living area are four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One of the bath rooms has a tub where guests can bathe while taking in the natural environment just outside the window.

The house provides a unique seaside living experience for groups of 2 to 8 guests; from watching the dunes from the comfort of your bed, to taking a swim in the North Sea followed by a sauna session.
